AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 974

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 974 by replacing 
3
line 26 on page 2 through line 3 on page 4 with the following:

        "(2) A cross-connection control ordinance, tariff, or 
5
    required condition for service that includes a plumbing 
6
    code at least as stringent as the Illinois Plumbing Code 
7
    but that does not expand the definition of "plumbing" as 
8
