1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 486
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 486 on page 3, by
3 deleting lines 18 through 22; and

4 on page 8, immediately below line 11, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "No officer, board, commission, or other public entity who
7 receives technical submissions shall accept for filing or
8 approval any technical submissions relating to services
9 requiring the involvement of an architect that do not bear the
10 seal and signature of an architect licensed under this Act.".
