AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Design-Build Procurement Act is amended by changing Section 90 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2009)

Sec. 90. Repealer. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2014 2009.
