AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 341

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 341, on page 2, by

replacing line 4 through 6 with the following:

"then a casino-based electronic check acceptance service may 
5
recover from a person who writes a check for use in a 
6
casino-based transaction that is dishonored the amount of the 
7
