1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 264
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 264 on page 8, by
3 replacing lines 23 through 24 with the following: "of the City
4 of Chicago that has expertise, skill, and experience in
5 economic development; one member appointed by the President of
6 the Cook County Board that has expertise, skill, and experience
7 in economic development; 4 members appointed by the Governor";
8 and

9 on page 12, line 6, by deleting "of more than 7.5%".
