2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 67 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following:
4 "convicted of or placed on supervision for an offense for
5 possession of cannabis, a controlled substance, or
6 methamphetamine in violation of the Cannabis Control Act, the
7 Illinois Controlled Substances Act, or the Methamphetamine
8 Control and Community Protection Act or violation of a similar
9 ordinance of a unit of local government and 10 years have
10 elapsed since the".
