AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2412 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section 21-7.3 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/21-7.3 new)

Sec. 21-7.3. Developing high quality school principals.".
