AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2342

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2342 on page 3, 
3
line 18, after "municipality." by inserting the following:

"Any such property taxes must be levied on a basis that 
5
provides a rational relationship between the amount of the tax 
6
levied against each lot, block, tract, and parcel of land in 
7
each special service area and the special service benefit 
8
