1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2285
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2285 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing lines 18 through 22 with the following:
4 "(2) "Emergency" means an event or condition that is a
5 disaster as defined in the Illinois Emergency Management Agency
6 Act."; and

7 on page 2, line 1, after "emergency", by inserting "or
8 disaster"; and

9 on page 5, line 9, by replacing "Illinois Emergency Management
10 Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

11 on page 6, line 3, by replacing "Illinois Emergency Management
12 Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

13 on page 7, lines 22 and 23, by replacing "Illinois Emergency

1 Management Agency" with "the Department of Public Health"; and

2 on page 7, line 26, by replacing "Illinois Emergency Management
3 Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

4 on page 8, line 1, by replacing "Illinois Emergency Management
5 Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

6 on page 12, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "Illinois Emergency
7 Management Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

8 on page 13, line 1, by replacing "Illinois Emergency Management
9 Agency" with "Department of Public Health"; and

10 on page 14, lines 6 and 15, by replacing "Department of Labor"
11 with "Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission" each time it
12 appears; and

13 by deleting line 18 on page 16 through line 1 on page 18.
