2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1306, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, in line 12 by inserting after "Court." the
5 following:

6 "The term "judge" does not include a judge who has been
7 convicted of a felony or who has been removed from office by
8 the Illinois Courts Commission.".
