4 Constitutional Amendment 44 as follows:

5 on page 5, line 11, after the period, by inserting "A Special
6 Master must be a retired federal judge who has not held a
7 partisan elected office within the past five years."; and

8 on page 6, line 18, after the period, by inserting "A Special
9 Master must be a retired federal judge who has not held a
10 partisan elected office within the past five years.".
