2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5849, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with the
5 following:
6 "States" includes training and service school attendance, as
7 defined in 10 U.S.C. 101(d), which is ordered pursuant to 10
8 U.S.C. 12301(d)."; and

9 on page 5, by replacing lines 18 through 22 with the following:
10 "States" includes training and service school attendance, as
11 defined in 10 U.S.C. 101(d), which is ordered pursuant to 10
12 U.S.C.".
