    AN ACT concerning agriculture.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Agricultural Statistics Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 1 as follows:

    (505 ILCS 15/1)  (from Ch. 5, par. 90b)

    Sec. 1. The
The Department of Agriculture shall collect, 
8
compile, systematize,
tabulate and publish statistical 
9
information relating to agriculture. Said
Department is 
10
authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of

11
Agriculture to accomplish the purposes of this Act.
