1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4505
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4505 on page 4, by
3 replacing line 26 with the following:

4         "(9) In a municipality with a population of less than
5     15,000, funds may be expended for costs associated with
6     emergency warning systems specifically designed to provide
7     warning for tornadoes. Expenditures may be made under this
8     item (9) only if sufficient funds are available to make
9     expenditures under items (1) through (8) of this
10     subsection.".
