1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1768
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1768 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 13 with the following:

4 "(h) Any person not in compliance with this Section shall
5 be guilty of a petty offense. All subsequent violations of this
6 Section shall be a Class C misdemeanor. The fine for subsequent
7 violations shall be at least $100, including court costs. Any
8 fines collected for a subsequent offense shall be remitted by
9 the Circuit Clerk to the Illinois Department of Natural
10 Resources. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources shall
11 deposit the money into the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund.".
