1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 374
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 374 on page 5, by
3 replacing line 12 with the following:
4         "(A) a physician licensed under the Medical Practice
5     Act of 1987;
6         (B) a doctor of medicine or osteopathy who is"; and

7 on page 5, line 15 by changing "(B)" to "C".
