AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 209

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 209 in Section 5,

Sec. 5-26, subsections (b) and (c), by replacing "Department of 
4
Healthcare and Family Services" each time it appears with 
5
"Department of Human Services, in conjunction with the 
6
Department of Healthcare and Family Services,"; and
 
7
in Section 5, Sec. 5-26, subsection (c), by replacing "a grant" 
8
