1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 25
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 25, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 3,
4 on page 190, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(h-10) The total number of gaming positions operated by an
7 owners licensee under subsection (e) or (e-5) shall not exceed
8 3,500 at one time. The total number of gaming positions
9 operated by an owners licensee under subsection (e-6) shall not
10 exceed 4,000 at one time.".
