2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 521 on page 1, line
3 24, by replacing "Routine surveillance" with "Surveillance";
4 and

5 on page 1, lines 31 and 32, by replacing "first or
6 second-degree" with "first-degree"; and

7 on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 9 with "transvaginal
8 ultrasound, or (iii) pelvic examination.".
