AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4904

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4904 on page 3, line 
3
15, by replacing "Director, in consultation with" with

"Director, with the consent of"; and

on page 4, line 28, by replacing "Director, in consultation 
6
with" with "Director, with the consent of"; and


 
7
on page 5, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:

"established through regulation by the Director. The chief 
9
amusement ride inspector shall be licensed in Illinois as a 
10
professional engineer."; and


 
11
