1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4306
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4306 on page 1, line
3 5, by replacing "15 and 20" with "15, 20, and 25"; and

4 on page 3, immediately below line 31, by inserting the
5 following:

6     "(410 ILCS 335/25 new)
7     Sec. 25. Objections of parent or guardian to test. The
8 provisions of this Act shall not apply when a parent or
9 guardian of a child objects thereto on the grounds that the
10 test conflicts with his or her religious tenets and practices.
11 A written statement of the objection shall be presented to the
12 physician or other person whose duty it is to administer and
13 report the tests under the provisions of this Act.".
