AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2709

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2709 on page 4, by

replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:

"State, to an agent of the Department's Bureau of Criminal 
5
Investigation, or to any State officer authorized to serve 
6
process, commanding the sheriff, agent, or other officer to 
7
