on page 1, line 5, by deleting "7.2,"; and

on page 1, line 6, by deleting "15,"; and

by deleting page 4; and

on page 5, by deleting lines 1 through 7; and

on page 15, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following: "an advertising campaign."; and

on page 17, by deleting lines 1 through 22; and

on page 22, by replacing lines 6 through 32 with the following: "changing Section 902 as follows:"; and

by deleting page 23; and

on page 24, by deleting lines 1 through 16.
