    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1350 on page 1, line

9, by replacing "hospital" with "trauma center"; and

on page 1, line 10, after "vehicle", by inserting "backing over

a child"; and
 
6
on page 2, by replacing lines 21 through 33 with the following:
