AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 348

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 348 on page 1, line 
3
12, by inserting after "3.1" the following:

"that would disqualify the person from obtaining a Firearm 
5
Owner's Identification Card under any of  subsections (c) 
6
