AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2933

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2933 on page 1, by inserting after line 16 the following:

"This Section shall not apply to employees considered by the employer to be necessary for the continued efficient operations of the business."; and

on page 1, by inserting after line 27 the following:

"This Section shall not apply to employees considered by the employer to be necessary for the continued efficient operations of the business.".
