| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Tuberculosis Sanitarium District Act is |

| amended by is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

| Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be known and cited as |
