2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2435 on page 1,
3 line 13, after the period, by inserting "For the purpose of
4 this Section, "project site" means a location other than the
5 principal place of business where a professional engineer,
6 employee, or project representative assists in the
7 administration, oversight, design, testing, or quality control
8 of a construction contract.".
