 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1492  on  page  1,
 3    line 22 by changing "180" to "365"; and

 4    on page 2, line 34 by inserting after "State" the following:
 5    "in a civil action under Article 3 of this Act".
