 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 947,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 2, on page 1, line 20, after the period, by inserting the
 5    following: "The fee may not exceed $2, however."; and

 6    on page 2, line 15, by replacing "dealer" with  "transferor";
 7    and

 8    on page 3, by replacing lines 2 through 9 with the following:
 9    "number of the transferor and transferee.".
