 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 631

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 631  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section 5.  The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 14 as follows:

 6        (35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
 7        Sec. 14.  Short title; additional tax.  This Act shall be
 8    known  as  the  "Retailers'  Occupation  Tax Act" and the tax
 9    herein imposed shall be in addition to all  other  occupation
10    or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any
11    municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
