 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 487,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  page  and  line references to House Amendment No. 1, on
 4    page 21, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
 5        "Department;
 6             (2)  provides proof of ownership of a licensed alarm
 7        contractor agency; and
 8             (3)  provides  proof  of  at  least   7   years   of
 9        experience  in  the  installation, design, sales, repair,
10        maintenance, alteration, or service of alarm  systems  or
11        any other low voltage electronic systems."; and

12    on   page   27,  lines  3  and  4,  by  deleting  ",  without
13    examination,"; and

14    on page 30,  line  30,  after  "programming,",  by  inserting
15    "repairing, maintaining, reprogramming, rebuilding,"; and

16    on  page  34,  line  28,  by replacing "PERC" with "permanent
17    employee registration card".
