 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 417,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 24, by replacing line 5 with the following:
 5             "5, 1984 by the City of LeRoy, or
 6                  (BB) if the ordinance was adopted on  April  3,
 7             1991 or June 3, 1992 by the City of Markham."; and

 8    on  page  59,  line  12, by replacing "LeRoy" with "LeRoy, or
 9    (BB) if the ordinance was adopted on April 3, 1991 or June 3,
10    1992 by the City of Markham".
