 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 411

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 411,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 2 on page 2, line 16,  after  "licensee."  by  inserting:
 5    "For  a  violation  of Section 6-16, the State Commission may
 6    impose a fine not to exceed $250  if  the  appropriate  local
 7    liquor  control  commissioner did not take any action. If the
 8    local liquor control commissioner issued a fine of less  than
 9    $250,  the  State Commission may impose an additional fine to
10    make the total fine from the appropriate local liquor control
11    commissioner and the State Commission equal up to  $250.  For
12    multiple violations of Section 6-16 within a 24-month period,
13    the   maximum   fine   shall   be  increased  $250  for  each
14    violation.".
