 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 371

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 371,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:

 4    in  Section 10, by replacing the definition of "mercury fever
 5    thermometer" with the following:
 6        ""Mercury fever thermometer" means any device  containing
 7    liquid  mercury wherein the liquid mercury is used to measure
 8    the internal body temperature of a person."; and

 9    in Section 25, by inserting "or  a  fluorescent  light  bulb"
10    after "battery".
