 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 359

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  359  on  page  4,
 3    line  7,  after  "home",  by  inserting "or other appropriate
 4    settings"; and

 5    on page 4, line 26, after "placement", by inserting "or other
 6    appropriate settings"; and

 7    on page  5,  by  replacing  lines  15  through  21  with  the
 8    following:
 9             "Coverage  for the services provided by the Illinois
10        Department of Public Aid  under  this  paragraph  (3)  is
11        contingent  upon  federal waiver approval and is provided
12        only to Medicaid eligible clients  participating  in  the
13        home  and  community  based services waiver designated in
14        Section 1915(c) of the Social Security Act for  medically
15        frail  and technologically dependent children or children
16        in Department of Children and Family Services foster care
17        who receive home health benefits.".
