AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 315

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 315 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:

(70 ILCS 2605/1.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 320.1)

Sec. 1.1. This Act may be cited as the the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
