                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor as to Senate Bill 180 in manner and form as follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 180
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend Senate Bill 180 on page 1, line 21 by deleting "who
      was adopted under the"; and

      on page 1, by deleting lines 22 and 23; and

      on page 1, line 24, by deleting "and"; and

      on  page 1, line 26, after "Act", by inserting the following:
      "and who was adopted under the  laws  of  a  jurisdiction  or
      country  other  than  the United States by an adopting parent
      who is a resident of this State".
