AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 917

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 917 on page 1, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following: "members appointed as follows: (i) 5 members shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be designated as the chairperson of the Task Force at the time of appointment; and (ii) 4 members appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives; no more than 3 members may reside within the same judicial district; and be it further".
