1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6983
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6983 on page 2, by
3 inserting after line 10 the following:

4         "(5) The purchase of the manufactured articles,
5     materials, or supplies is made in conjunction with
6     contracts or offerings of telecommunications services or
7     Internet or information services.
8         (6) The purchase is of pharmaceutical products, drugs,
9     biologics, vaccines, medical devices used to treat disease
10     or used in medical or research diagnostic tests, and
11     medical nutritionals regulated by the Food and Drug
12     Administration under the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic
13     Act.".
