    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by

changing Section
3200
as follows:

    Sec. 3200. Title of
act.
This Act may be cited as the

Unemployment
Insurance Act.  Whenever the term "unemployment

compensation" appears in this
Act it means
shall mean

"unemployment insurance".
