9 on page 1, line 22, by replacing "reintegration" with
10 "transition"; and

11 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "Community reintegration" with
12 "Transition services"; and

13 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "community reintegration" with
14 "transition services"; and

15 on page 2, line 7, by replacing "reintegration" with "similar".
