AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5020

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5020 on page 1, line 18, by replacing "6-110 may" with "6-110, and who has never held a drivers license under a law of another state, may"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 25 and 26 with the following:

"is convicted of an offense against a law or ordinance regulating the movement of traffic, committed while the person was"; and

on page 2, by removing lines 4 through 6.
