1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4960
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4960 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Real Estate License Act of 2000 is amended
5 by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 454/1-1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8     Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate License
9 Act of 1983. This Act~~shall be known and~~ may be cited as the
10 Real Estate License Act of 2000, and it shall supersede the
11 Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by this Act.
