AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4850

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4850 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 225/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 116.301)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act".
