1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4817
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4817 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 375/1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 521)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act ~~shall be known and~~ may be
8 cited as the ~~"~~State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971~~"~~.
