1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4720
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4720 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:
4 "this Act in calendar year 1998. Beginning on the effective
5 date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly,
6 payments to the Peoria Park District shall be made from the
7 General Revenue Fund at the funding level determined by amounts
8 paid to that park district for museum purposes under this Act
9 in calendar year 1994.".
