2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4444 on page 2, line
3 3, by deleting ", bleachers,"; and

4 on page 2, line 18, after "occurs;", by inserting "or whenever
5 any such district determines that it is necessary to upgrade
6 its bleachers to current safety standards;".
