AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4025

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4025 on page 2, line 
3
4, by replacing "clerk of the court" with  "State's Attorney of 
4
the county in which the fine was imposed"; and
5
on page 2, line 7, by replacing  "clerk of the court" with  
6
"State's Attorney"; and
7
on page 2, line 9, by replacing  "clerk" with "State's 
8
