 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3528

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3528 on page 2,  by
 3    replacing lines 27 and 28 with the following:
 4        "Section 20. Applicability.
 5        (a)  A  person  may  not  bring  an action under this Act
 6    against a licensee or employee of a"; and

 7    by replacing all of page 3 with the following:
 8    "all applicable provisions of the Liquor Control Act of 1934.
 9        (b)  This Act applies  only  to  causes  of  action  that
10    accrue on or after October 1, 2004.".
